Find your way back into your body, into the present moment – to peace, strength and inner spaciousness – with flowing Vinyasa yoga, breathing and meditation.
I combine flowing Vinyasa Yoga with meditation, breathing techniques, and somatic awareness. Through fluid movement sequences and the power of the breath, we anchor ourselves deeply in the body. On a physical level, we support relaxation, strength, mobility, and a deep and free breath.
We always practice with mindfulness and gentleness, opening ourselves to the stillness and awareness within. We allow space to emerge—physically and mentally. Where spaciousness arises, lightness can also find its place. Each session concludes with sitting in stillness (meditation).
My yoga classes are an invitation to pause, to come out of your mind into the present moment and to be fully alive in your body. They are an invitation to be in deep contact with yourself, present and grounded. In totally being here, a sense of peace and joy of being opens up for us. My yoga classes are meant to be an invitation to experiencing the ground of your being – the alive stillness that is always there.
