Coming Home to Yourself
During this time-out in the Grisons mountains, we take time for silence, meditation, reflection, exchange, yoga and embodiment. This retreat offers you a space to deeply align yourself with your innermost core, away from your professional and social obligations. It is an invitation to arrive at yourself and to anchor yourself both in your body and in the dimension of being and stillness. In this way, we can come home to ourselves and feel nourished, grounded and alive.
Consciously withdrawing from worldly distractions and turning inward has been part of many spiritual traditions for thousands of years. During this retreat, we can touch deeper layers of our being and deepen our experience of silence and the unity of all life. We can ground ourselves in our bodies and experience deep stillness, love and aliveness. From a place of inner spaciousness, stability and presence, we can then step into our lives.
The Stillness that is Already Here
Beneath our emotions, thoughts and mental resistance, and through a deep letting go into our whole being, we can discover a dimension that is at peace with what life has in store for us right now. We can open ourselves to a space of stillness that is not disturbed by thoughts, emotions or sensations. A space of stillness that embraces life. An alive stillness that feels like ‘coming home’ because it is part of us. Because we are silence. We can experience the ground of our being. The stillness that has always been here. Being in touch with the ground of our being opens up space for inner freedom, lightness and the joy of being.

What to Expect
Throughout the retreat, the focus is on deeply connecting with the stillness within ourselves. This allows us to get in touch with an inner space of peace, with our strength, aliveness and joy of being. We do this through sitting in silence as well as through conscious movement and being together. In this way, the experience of stillness, presence and love can become an experience that touches our entire being – body, heart and mind. Ultimately, the goal is to embody this experience in our everyday lives. This allows us to step powerfully into life while remaining connected to our essence.
- Silent sitting and embodied meditation.
- Conscious Yoga – a flowing Vinyasa Yoga combined with meditation, breathing techniques, somatic awareness and elements from the Realisation Process.
- Embodiment – embodiment exercises. These help us to be deeply anchored in our bodies, to connect with the natural qualities of our humanity, such as love or strength, and to engage with the subtle energies in our bodies.
- Reflection, inquiry and exchange – we explore the essence of things. This is not about gaining new information and understanding with the mind, but about expanding our consciousness and recognising from a state of open not-knowing.
- Belonging and community – Through being together in silence, conversation and conscious togetherness, we experience belonging and community. We are in deep contact with ourselves and our fellow human beings.
- Evening programme with meditation, mantra singing or dancing.
- Free time for you to walk, hike, read, sleep and just be.
