Online Course: Nondual Meditation and Embodiment - Anchor Yourself in Your Beingness

4-part online course for beginners and advanced practitioners: Experience deep inner stillness and live your life more and more from the depth of your being.

An invitation to open up to your spiritual dimension and experience inner stillness.

An invitation to anchor into your body as well as into the dimension of being.

An invitation to come home to yourself.

This 4-part course offers you a space to pause and anchor yourself in your inner space, to experience deep stillness, connectedness, and wholeness.

The course is suitable for beginners to meditation, but also for meditators who wish to deepen their experience of stillness and embodiment.

Nondual Embodied Meditation

This embodied, non-dual form of meditation is about experiencing a dimension of deep stillness and being, while at the same time remaining anchored in our bodies. Our breath, our body, and the central channel (Sushumna) are gateways to our formless dimension. They help us to release our entanglement with our thoughts and emotions and to come into deep contact with the formless, timeless dimension of being.

What You Can Expect

In addition to sitting in silence, we deepen our experience of stillness with guided meditation, embodiment and breathing exercises, inner reflection and self-exploration, as well as sharing and being together. The embodied meditations are inspired by Judith Blackstone's Realization Process.

Themes for the Individual Evenings:

  • Being present: Anchored in the body, anchored in stillness
  • Being alive: Open up to natural human qualities like inner strength, love or clarity
  • Being in contact: The central channel and a deep contact with yourself
  • Anchored in beingness: Letting your whole body breathe

"Beneath our emotions, the thoughts and resistances of our mind, and through a deep letting go into our whole being, we can discover a dimension that is at peace with whatever life is offering us right now. We can open ourselves to a space of stillness that embraces life. A stillness that feels like "coming home" because it is a part of us. Because we are stillness. We can experience the primordial ground of our being. The stillness that has always been here."
