I combine flowing Vinyasa yoga with meditation, breathing techniques and somatic awareness. With flowing sequences of movements and the power of breathing, we anchor ourselves completely in our bodies. On a physical level, we promote relaxation, strength and flexibility, as well as deep and free breathing.
We always practise with mindfulness and gentleness, which opens us up to the stillness and awareness within us. We create space, not only physically, but also in our minds. Where space and expansiveness are allowed to arise, lightness also has a place. The lesson ends with sitting in silence (meditation).
