The Inner Space as a Gateway to the Timeless Dimension

This embodied, non-dual form of meditation is about experiencing a dimension of deep stillness, while at the same time being anchored in our bodies. Our breath and our bodies are doorways into our formless dimension, helping us to release our entanglement with our thoughts and emotions and coming into deep contact with our being.

The inner space as a gateway to the timeless dimension

Inner Spaciousness and Aliveness

When we come into deep contact with our inner body space and our breath, a door opens to a dimension of consciousness that transcends our rational thinking and physical existence. Instead of being lost in thoughts or emotions, we come into an awake presence. Aliveness and inner spaciousness arise. We discover a dimension that is at peace with what life has in store for us right now. We open ourselves to a space of stillness that is undisturbed by the ups and downs of life. A stillness that feels like “coming home.”

In addition to inner alignment and coming into contact, it is ultimately about deeply letting go. It is about stepping out of the “doing” mode and thinking. We find ourselves in an awake hereness and encounter life as a vast openness and presence. We feel connected to ourselves and the world around us. We become an alive space of consciousness.

Pausing through Embodied Meditation

Nondual, embodied meditation helps us to engage with our whole being in what is eternal and unchanging. It offers us a space to pause and connect with ourselves. It opens up a path to aliveness, joy, and inner stability. Anchored in being, we step powerfully into life.

In addition to my personal spiritual path and many years of meditation practice, my approach to teaching meditation and embodiment has been particularly influenced by Adyashanti, Judith Blackstone and Roma Hammel.
