We can awaken to the stillness, the source of our being, with our whole being: mind, heart, and body. In spiritual teachings, it is also called Buddha nature, essence, true nature, God or Self. Our body and our breath are important pathways into this formless dimension. The connection with our dimension of being is deeply nourishing. It allows us to connect with ourselves in a deep way. It opens up space for inner freedom, lightness, and joy of being. By being deeply anchored in our bodies and at the same time letting go into our formless dimension, we experience a “coming home” within ourselves that is beyond words.
